We do play sound clips on this program, and that's because whenever I work in the locker room, I'm going to get interviews, and I'll hear something that an athlete has to say, or sometimes it's a coach, that I'll want to share with

you that I think will add a little bit of a bonus relevance to whatever's being brought up.

But there are times that those conversations aren't recorded.

And I can share with you with confidence that this is the tightest that this team has been throughout the schedule.

And they've been pretty tight all along regardless.

And the reason I can do that is this type of conversation that I'm describing.

I'll ask, how's this going? How's that going?

And I'll do it with visibly no recorder.

And then if and when I need something that's additional that's on the record,

usually a different subject so there isn't some smooth segue or blurred segue between off the record and on the record.

And we'll go ahead and use the microphone and or camera to get that done as well.

But this other thing, this is how you actually find stuff out.

And even though I'm not going to share it with you,

certainly not verbatim or anything like that,

I feel like I have a better chance of forming an opinion

on something that's more accurate, that's more reflective of reality,

and that then offers you, to whatever extent it's possible, to experience that same sense.
