If we're getting real here, and I mean real, real, about how the 2025 team can markedly improve over, you know, 2023 and 24, they're going to have to have an impact bat at

right field. In all likelihood, it has to be right field. I'm not seeing that path

fielder. And I love the kid, okay? I think the world of him, it would be just such an uplifting story on so many levels if he were to become that guy.

He's bucking the odds, okay?

That's how I'll put it since I really like him.

And you're not going to improve markedly as a team if you're going with the same guy that you've had in your mix now for a couple of

years, respectfully. So what do you do? There's money that can still be spent, but is it enough?

There are trades that still can be made, but what's the capital that you'd reasonably be willing

to put out? And who's there?

Who's there anyway?

Look at the free agency list.

Looking at the guys that are left.

And I'll remind, as I've been doing for a while now, that these lists are dwindling by the day.

The most exciting, if you will, name that's on that list is Anthony Santander.

He's an all-star with the Orioles last season.

He's 30 years old.

Had a 44 home run.
