I could ruin this for you and tell you that the pirates scored all five of their runs in the

eighth inning, and I never heard of almost any of these people who produced the runs, but I'm

not going to do that. I'm just going to let you live with the imagery that the pirates had this

wonderful overall showing. And yeah, also, Chandler turned around, and I mean dramatically turned around,

would have been a bummer of a spring for him to this point. In five innings, he gave up one run

on one hit. It was a solo home run. Walked one, struck out eight. That's Chandler. That's him.

That's who you want to see. He has to throw strikes. He has to throw hard, which he does naturally,

but he also has to be able to offset that fastball with other pitches. In this one, he started

out fastball heavy, ended up using his other stuff. 66 pitches, 47 strikes. So a little bit of

what he had to say yesterday to reporters at Leecom Park, including Jose Negron from our staff.

I feel like this is, though, like when you're at your best, when you're, you know, attacking the zone, you know, you're having a good command, striking guys out. Yeah, everything's working well. Definitely. I mean, there's no reason out to attack the zone. I think early just, you know, trying to do too much, you know, in spring. and thinking out, let stuff play.
