I'm not even sure when I started that.

It's been a while.

It's probably late in year five of his tenure.

And then it went full Blair through year six.

And then afterward it was just the end of all civilization.

And now here we are in year seven, which is off to an encouraging, I think a highly encouraging start.

And in which we have seen examples, firm examples of things that he had done poorly for a long time, not being done poorly now.

So it makes really, I think, for a challenging evaluation.

Because do you look at the whole body of work when assessing the grade?

Of course. But a grade isn't the

goal. Having the right executive in place is the goal. So which one do you take more seriously?

Which one do you weigh more heavily? The first six years or this one? And to what extent were the things that are benefiting this one

formulated through those first few years?

Now, yeah, a sigh feels necessary because it is an unusual circumstance.
