in North Port, Florida. Paul Skeen's made his first spring start. Didn't go all that great

for him. Two and a third innings, one run and one hit, four strikeouts.

That's obviously not bad.

Four walks is not him.

Throwing only 27 of 53 pitches for strikes is not him.

Good to get back out there in front of the fans and the stadium, all that.

Yeah, just got to execute more consistently.

He's somebody else's problem now anyway, if that makes you feel a little bit better,

at least for a couple of weeks. He's heading off to the World Baseball Classic as are a handful of the pirates to represent their designated countries.
