I will never give you a motivational speech.

If I have to motivate you, I will fire you.

You cannot motivate the unmotivated.

You should not waste your time attempting to motivate the unmotivated.

And the dumbest, most wasteful possible thing you can do with your time or energy is to just wait for the unmotivated to become that on their own.

That's who you're talking about when you're talking about the people who own and

operate the pirates.

This is not going to be news to anybody who's listening to this particular program, but it does

feel like it's becoming news to others on the outside who don't pay anywhere near as much attention

but now kind of have to see there's a blessing and a curse that comes with having a paulens. The blessings are obvious. The curse is that

your expectations go up on the outside, even if you don't want them to. Your team just landed

the ringer. Your team got the cheat code. Everybody wants to watch your team at least

once every five days. Because of that, your team is going to be a real live discussion point

in a way that they haven't been in more than a decade.
