pirates in the same place that you found this. The Penguins will be traveling to New York

to face the Rangers tomorrow night at Madison Square Garden. I'll be traveling there myself to cover that game.

And what I won't see when I get there is a pretty decent chunk of what I hope would be the franchise's future.

And that's not necessarily a criticism.

That's just a, you know, what's it going to take to get to that more solid level? Because if we're all being honest with each other, even this four-game winning streak, a lot of it's happening despite significant portions of the roster, either not contributing or flat out not

belonging. And most striking right now, of course, is that Jack St. Ivaney is back in

Wilkesbury, back in the AHL. I'm not so sure I thought he'd ever play another game at that level.
