There's an air of inevitability that accompanies any true superstar, like the real live generational type talent coming into the NHL as it relates to lifting the Stanley Cup.

place that you found this. The Oilers really shut down the stars 4 to 1. Last night in

game four of the Western Conference final up in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Oilers take a three-to-one series lead back to Dallas with things not looking particularly promising for the stars who just can't get going offensively.

But from the opposite perspective,

there's almost this sense that might be out there,

that because Connor McDavid and Leon Drysidal are on the same team,

it's just kind of a foregone conclusion.

They're going to win. They're gonna win.

They're gonna...

They're gonna win because that's just how it goes.

It'll take some longer than others.

It took Steve Eiserman.

More than a dozen years and he needed to have Sergei Fedorov with him.

But there was a breakthrough and then they got it done and then they just kind of kept getting

it done in Detroit.

And depending on how, you know, you choose to define the superstar slash generational talent,

everybody's got their own way of describing that.
