He invited me to his daughter's birthday, which is very nice, and I didn't go, and I was going to get a present anyways, and take it to the student, be like, hey, you know, I felt bad that I couldn't go, here's a present.

But there's two things there, one, I didn't want to do it in front of everyone, right? Because I felt like then, maybe there's this pressure, whatever, right?

So I was like, I'll just give it to him outside one day, and then I was also thinking, I don't know what four-year-olds like.

So it's not like there's a registry for four-year-olds birthday party, so what should I do for his daughter? Like, what gift should I get?

And I never thought of anything, and then I didn't get a gift, and now I'm realizing, wait a little second, so you overthought this so much that you overthought yourself into not getting a gift?
