Okay, here's another email from a woman.

And she does not want her name disclosed.

She wants to be anonymous, and that is no problem at all.

She writes,

I live in West Virginia.

We have a few bears that make themselves known every now and again,

but my dog is my protector.

For over a month, he was barking at the entrance to the forest

every time I went outside.

I just chalked it up to being a bear.

I have over two acres of lawn that has to be my responsibility

to keep up since my husband passed away.

At the end of my garden box is there's a stretch of grass

next to the hemlock spruce that surrounds the yard

and separates it from the forest.

I was going about my normal mowing duty

around the ends of the garden boxes

when a massive black hand reached out and touched my face

as if to just feel my face.

This hand was extremely callous and dark, even the palms.
