Summary

After spending hours and hours wrapping gifts this weekend, Amy and T.J. have an honest conversation about the amount pf presents under the tree this year.   Turns out “guilt giving” is a fairly common response with divorced and blended families, parents trying to make up for the loss of a sense of normalcy for their children.  We have the red flags you should watch out for and an incredibly helpful guide on how to navigate the holidays with what’s called “The 5 Gift Rule.”
