And, well, you guys all know that I live in the Middle East.

For everything that's happening in the world today,

I am learning that marriage is not only a dying craft,

but it's also very hard to hold it together with everything that's going on these days

with social media, with choice, with all of these things. And I live in the Middle East where

a lot of people, I'm at 49 now, so a lot of people getting divorced. And I've learned what,

nearly 78% of marriages end in divorce, which is a crazy number. So today I'm joined by Jamie Davis,

who is a North Carolina board certified family law specialist and partner in the family

law firm Grant Hunter, Davis and Taylor Gibbs in North Carolina. Welcome. I'm very happy to have you on.

Thank you so much for having me. I'm excited to be here. It's interesting actually because I've

obviously been married twice and this is my second and going into this marriage, I know that you

practice a lot of family law. You do pre-nup, post-nup, all of these kind of things. And I'm in the thick of it. At my age,

most of my friends are divorced, getting divorced, or getting remarried, all of which I think requires a

lawyer. Oh, absolutely. You definitely want to have a lawyer involved or any of those things.
