Over the last few years, we've seen a proliferation of court dramas and actual court cases being played out in the media.

You can find juvenile court now. They've had a divorce court series. People can

allow him or the judge to make the decision in lieu of going and trying their case.

That is, they turned their case over to him and he makes the decision and as it is stated they have to agree up front that all decisions are binding

When it comes to the issue of divorce and remarriage

God too has a court.

Because the question comes, who decides when there are or are not legitimate grounds.
