suggested last night based upon my mishap on the ice from the other day we should change it to

slip and fall pft but you know it wouldn't't be slip and fall PFT because this is a duo.

So it was quite a surprise, and I'm happy to report that three days later,

I was worried about my shoulder.

Shoulder's fine. Range of motion. No pain. Got lucky. Didn't hit my head. Bang my knee, but that's

okay. Nope, no damage there. So all is good, but I will be very careful going forward. And I will

anytime. Anytime I'm anywhere near ice, even if I'm near ice cubes
