0:25.0	Also as we move toward Divine Mercy Sunday, each day I will share more with you of the different ways Jesus revealed to St. Faustina that we may receive

0:37.7	And each day our fifth decade will conclude with the specific prayer Jesus taught St. Faustina for the novena to divine mercy.
0:47.0	So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
0:51.0	Amen. Let's call to mind all those who've promised to pray for.
0:55.7	Jesus taught St. Faustina that our pride can only be conquered by abandonment to the will of
1:01.8	God which is his mercy.
1:05.0	On February 22nd, 1931, Jesus appeared to St. Faustina.
1:10.0	She writes in her diary,
1:12.0	In the evening, when I was in my room,
1:14.8	I saw the Lord clothed in a white garment.
1:17.7	One hand was raised in the gesture of blessing,
1:20.8	the other was touching the garment at the breast.
1:23.0	From beneath the garment slightly drawn aside at the breast,
1:27.0	there were emanating two large rays, one red, the other pale.
1:31.0	In silence, I kept my gaze fixed on the Lord. My soul was struck with awe, but also with great joy.
