So my goal in this podcast is to address some general principles,

and then after that I'll go into some specific common situations I have accumulated over the years

from my experience working with lots of people that are applying for

residences in the US. I believe I will cover pretty wide swath of situations. So chances are you would

So what are some general principles to keep in mind with addressing red flags on your application?

Number one is don't lie. Don't lie. Don't try to forge the numbers when you're discussing your red flag.

Again, some people that are very experienced in the process can see right through a person trying to be deceitful.

Second thing I will see to keep in mind as a general principle is to be concise in your descriptions.

You see people, they write a whole essay relating to the red flag,

and then their personal statement essentially goes from
