This is going to be part 2. So we did questions 1-05 in the first one. Let's go straight to question 6 and just ponder as many as we can. This won't

be a lot shorter than the previous one because I've kind of gotten some thoughts out of the way.

Okay, so question number six, it says, a four-month-old female infant is recovering in the hospital

five days after uncomplicated surgical repair of a ventricle septal defect via median strenotomy,

utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass.

She was extubated on post-up day one and by post-up day four, she was no longer receiving

any inotropic infusions or intravenous drugs.

She is breastfeeding well. Plans are made for discharge from the

hospital the next morning. However, on the next morning, she develops a temperature of 38.8 degrees

Celsius, that's 101.8 degrees Fahrenheit, cool and clammy skin, cold distal extremities,

delayed capillary refill, and minimal urine output.

Which of the flow is the most appropriate next step in evaluation?

Option A says cardiac catharization.

Option B says CTN geography. Option C says ech catharization. Option B says CTNG geography.

Option C says echocardiography.

So here's something I'm going to say here.

So the EKG, if you look at the rhythm strip, this person is pretty

tachycardic. I mean, their heart rate is pretty high, but it's a narrow complex tachyrihythm. It looks a lot

like an SVT to me. Now, I know some people will be sweating about like the arterial blood pressure
