So let's get right to it. So, what if you get a question about a patient?

You're told that this patient is an IV drug user or sex worker and for the last, you know,

two weeks this person has been having a pretty significant headaches.

And then you're told that this person, they got brain imaging and that the brain

imaging of brain CT showed a circular calcified

lesion that kind of look calcified or they tell you that you see increased

density around the edges and they give you a local site count is pretty low,

the Brazil's white blood cell count is pretty low and you notice that the person is

city four counts is especially low. What should you be thinking about here?

Well I would really hope you're saying all divine sounds like this person has

a toxoplasmosis. Something like this person has toxoplasmosis. Something like this person has Toxoplasmosis. Remember, Toxoplasmosis is something that can cause a ring-enhancing lesion in the brain of a HIV patient.

And what are some critical things to know about toxic for your exams? Well the theme is in general, toxic plasma gondi is

something I want to profilox against if you got HIV right for a person has

HIV and the acidifo count is pretty low so let's say there's a hundred or less if it's

less than a hundred they want a prophylaxim against

toxic plasma gondy eye. And what do we use for that prophylaxis?

Well I hope you're seeing divine, oh we're going to use

trimethopramesulfamethoxesol. You're going to use Trimethopram sulfa methoxisol. The way your profil acts against
