0:35.5	literally doesn't matter you're gonna see the stuff on your exam in fact if
0:39.3	you're a resident preparing for your residency exams you'll very likely see the stuff on your exam as well.
0:44.8	For whatever reason, the USML is they focus very heavily on their eyes
0:47.8	and the state of the eye can tell you exactly
0:50.9	what may be going on in a patient on an exam.
0:53.2	So today, I just want to point out certain clues
0:56.3	that can guide you in certain directions on your exam.
1:00.1	So first, let's look at the Popelts.
1:01.6	So what if they give you a question about a person that has popular amiosis?
1:06.1	You see a question about a person that has popular amiosis. What should you be thinking about?
1:10.0	I really hope you're saying divine, hmm, I should be thinking about either opioids or some kind of
1:14.4	colonergic toxic. Obviously with an opioid, the person is going to have a profound respiratory depression.
1:20.4	That's going to be a very big thing. But with a colonergic toxidrome, the person will have a lot of leakiness.
