I want to try to cover a lot of very high-yield pharmacology that will be helpful for anyone taking step one, step two, or step three. I'm just going to try to tie many things together, so I'm not going to dwell too much on any one point.

So you need, you know, as those myocardial cells are dying, you may experience a lot of pain. So that pain, one of the ways we treat that pain is with nitrates.

Since they are powerful veno dilators, they would send less prelude to your heart. so your heart doesn't have to work as hard
