I read this all the time on the internet, they've done all this prep, they've crushed all their

practice exams, and then on test they just completely fall apart. Or you see

people that they're doing really well, but just on exam day is almost like something just flips in their brains and they just underperform.

Or you see people, they keep postponing their test days because they're just afraid to take the exams.

They just have so much anxiety associated with the process.
