0:45.7	A decade ago something like 70% of companies, 80% of companies said yes,
0:49.7	today you would see that number closer to 96%. So companies are saying absolutely.

1:02.9	And then we asked them, is your company's diversity programs effective?
1:08.8	And what you saw is that classic waterfall drop.
1:11.4	So if the company said that they were, the vast majority of employees were not buying it.
