apathetic and distracted.

Here's a question for you.

Why are home prices appreciating in value always viewed as a good thing?

I'll let you sit with that one for a minute and we'll go on with the show and I'll come

back to it a little bit later.

But give it some thought as I hit you with some odd questions here over the course.

I find it's always interesting.

I find it's a lot more interesting to ask stupid questions than to sit around analyzing

and trying to deduce the rationale for people doing one thing or another.

The rationale, once you determine the why, like what's going on, then the rationale for

how they got there becomes relatively easy.

But we are the distraction campaigns, what I called in today's title, distraction porn.
