0:30.0	Dr Galloway is a surgeon based in the West of Scotland.
0:33.2	He graduated medicine from the University of Glasgow.

0:48.8	environmental and dietary factors on characteristics of cell division. He developed an academic
0:53.9	surgical practice in Glasgow focusing on surgical oncology and metabolic surgery.
0:58.8	In 2014 he has provided intermittent surgical support to a Mission Hospital in a remote corner of Zambia.
1:06.0	In 2015, he was elected to the Royal President of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow,
1:11.6	a post he's held since December 2018.
1:15.0	He's authored numerous clinical and scientific papers.
1:18.0	And there's a fellow of various international medical and surgical colleges,
1:22.0	including the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Physicians, the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, as well as medical surgical colleges in both India and Sri Lanka.
1:32.0	He is married to Christine.
