Yeah, Monica, how are you? I'm great. I really enjoyed our last conversation. I'm not sure if it was technically on four by and of the people.

Okay. See, that is not cool because I actually always have Constitution on my desk, but yes, so I really enjoyed our conversation, our last conversation, and I love, I was just listening to a recent one maybe the most recent one you did with

Clint who my listeners are very familiar with and you were talking about how the government

is structured and the Constitution and I have one quick question before we get to what I

sure you're really a talk about so I insist that we're not a democracy I mean we're we're a republic, and I would say maybe a Democratic

Republic, a representative republic.

But you weren't digging into the way people vote for Congress and actually I should have refreshed my memory.

Do you think that qualifies?

I, because I always say like there's very little specifics about voting in the Constitution.

And I just wondered, do you consider us in a democracy?

Would you ever use that as a term of art

or slang of what we are?

No.

Right. Simple answer, no.

Oh, I say we're a constitutional republic.

Shorthand is republic.
