Wally, speaking of problems, have you ever felt like you were just cold-turkied by someone?

Like they've just stopped contact with you?

Yeah, and I don't like that.

It's one of the worst things you can do to me.

I mean, it's fine.

I don't mind it at all because Betty will just do it.

Well, it is interesting. I found this whole thing online about it. So it turns out that most of us,

we do avoidance over talking it through. If we have a problem with someone, we'd rather just avoid it than talk through it.

Mainly just because there is immediate sense of relief when you cut someone out or you feel

like you have some control back, which I totally get.

Mainly the main reason is why we do no contact with people is because there is a lack of

respect or there's too much negativity.
