Mondo Gonzalez here with Gary Stearman, and we're going to be talking about really what I think is a fascinating topic and the idea of dispensationalism and the fact that those,

even in a scholarly world, dispensationalism is a dirty word to many.

It's a very hated word sometimes and despised.

Gary, is that kind of been your impression over the years

that people don't like the idea of dispensationalism? Absolutely, and I think the reason that people don't like the idea of dispensationalism?

Absolutely, and I think the reason that they don't is because it sort of takes the academic approach to the Bible and lowers it down a notch into everyday conversation.

Sort of takes it out of the hands of the authorities and the scholastic class and puts it right down the hands of Mr. and Mrs. United States, if you will,

because what it does is explain the progress of the relationship

between God and man and how it changes from Genesis through Revelation.

And it puts it usually in seven categories that enable someone who is not a super Bible scholar to understand the relationship

between God and man.

I'll tell you what.

I mean, I think that teaching the idea of the dispensations to children or new believers

is phenomenal because, so I hope, you you know I hope you listeners you stick around

today because I think if you we as we explain what a dispensation is and what how many there are

and what it means theologically I really think that you will get a great understanding of the entire

Bible and and so you know let's let's jump in here for a minute, Gary.
