Today we are talking holidays and food at Disney World. Hello and welcome to a tick to the mouse. Today is Sunday, November 9th. We're listening to episode today. My, my words are going to be about the

holidays, but my brain and my heart are already on the destiny. So we just got back the other day.

I guess we should catch everyone up.

So we went to Disneyland out in Anaheim for a very, very short brief stay.

We got one full day in the parks.

We were really there for a Disney conference, which we ended up actually cutting short by a day

because of the whole like flight debacle thing

that's going on right now with canceling up to 10% of flights at 40 airports. We happen to be

flying out of one of those 40 airports into one of those 40 airports on the day that it was

supposed to all occur. We were like, ooh, this sounds like a bad idea. Sounds like a bad idea,

which normally we just roll with the punches.

However, we have to get on the Disney desk.

We get to get on the Disney destiny for the christening cruise tomorrow, which we were not going to miss.

I don't care if I had to hitchhike back from L.A.

I was going to get on that ship.

So we just decided to leave it a day early, which ended up being a fantastic decision, happy with that decision.

So we got home late, late on, what was that, Thursday night.

So we had an extra day to work and catch up on things and do laundry and pack and everything.

So we are actually leaving here shortly after we finish this podcast to go down for one night's day in Fort Lauderdale and then get

on the Disney Destiny tomorrow for the christening cruise. I am so excited about this. I mean,

this is going to be a very different cruise in general, but a different preview cruise as well

than we've experienced in the past because it is the christening ceremony. we haven't experienced one of those before um so we have one credentialed guest me i get to actually go to
