Howdy Steve? How's it going? It's good. It's always kind of odd when it's just the two of us. It's just just a two.

Mom's out of town. They are.

So we have to do our best.

But don't feel bad for mourning, Lisa,

because as always, they're out traveling

so they can bring you more information on,

well, they're at Universal Studios. They're touring all the

hotels, staying at the different hotels, doing site inspections, going to all

the parks, the restaurants, and I think they also might have gone to a little time of Disney

world so maybe some Epcot the International Art Festival or that's that's going on over there.

Maybe we'll get some information on that.

So, but until they get back, Sharpie had a good idea.

We wanted to talk tonight about DVC, which is Disney Vacation Club.

We have tried to record. We have. The DVC shows. I think it's a minimum. I think we've done three different shows now.

We have. And every time it has been just a disaster because it is such a huge topic of conversation because it there's so much to talk about.

Yeah, and it's very, well it's very complex and you quickly go down the rabbit hole because it's very hard to understand and complex and then you,

two hours later you find yourself like totally down a different path. So it's very hard to understand how it works and the whole thing.

So we have a sharpie put together a nice like outlined bulleted agenda here of bullet points to cover so we'll try to stick to that and and I can already tell this this could be a long show

even though we we talked a little bit about whenever Riviera opened and just talked a little bit about

DVC on the show and we had several of our listeners post out on the Mouse Chat
