And from where we're sitting, it looks like it should be the explanation to him for why his daughter is acting so weird all of a sudden.

And thus far into the movie, he has seemed like a really caring parent.

I mean, even in this moment, he's in a way being really caring, but like he doesn't even

give it a moment's consideration.

What gives, Chief Toey?

What gives? Like I mean even if you think it's insignificant I mean at the very least it's still a pretty cool

looking rock. But no, he dismisses it immediately.
