Today's podcast is an episode of just me talking about a topic which I haven't done a long time and that's because we're going to be making some changes to the podcast and to help with that. I have Kyle with me.

Hi Shannon.

Hi Kyle. So Kyle is a new podcast producer. She's also doing video but we'll talk about podcasts of today and I wanted to have her on intro so we could talk about some things that you'll notice coming to this podcast.

One of those so far has been the last several episodes to come out every Tuesday.

Yes, so we have created a set publishing schedule and we will be coming out Tuesday mornings with a Friday episode for you.

Yes and that is because Kyle has made that happen for the last several weeks so she's already been doing stuff for a while.

I learned that consistency requires someone being responsible for a thing so Kyle is responsible for making sure that happens because if it's up to me, it'll just be kind of random but that's been every Tuesday.

And also like I mentioned before you started talking this is a standalone episode where I'm talking about GD plus a style of episode that I used to do a lot.

And we're bringing a we're bringing them back.

Yes, so we are going to have multiple different episodes styles. We're going to have your solo episodes back.

We're going to be bringing on guests for interviews. We'll continue the trip reports and the travel quit trips from your trips.

Yeah, so like four different styles.

And I know people are huge fans of strip reports, which obviously done a lot of, but to keep it sort of interesting and varied will have that mixed in with all the other things that Kyle just mentioned.

So that'll be that'll be good. Hope to get information out in different formats all the time.

And with the quick tips, people can submit them.
