Disney is facing a lawsuit from their shareholders over the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel.

They're demanding documents to know exactly how this went down.

And following the announcement that Jimmy Kimmel would return to the airwaves,

Donald Trump issued a threat on Truth Social the first time he's made a direct statement.

Of course, CNN's Brian Stelter says, this proves it.

Trump was trying to get Jimmy Kimmel taken off the air, and this is the real reason he got suspended.

Now, I'm not convinced, but we will see. Certainly Donald Trump has now entered the fray

formally and personally with a statement saying he might actually get millions of dollars out of ABC over this.

And comedians, people like Joe Rogan, have said, you're crazy if you will accept Donald Trump

is in the weight of government to get people like Jimmy Kimmel in trouble for jokes.

However, my friends, there is a challenge that I propose. It's called the broadcast news

distortion regulation from the FCC. And I don't understand why people are acting like this

doesn't exist. By all means, you want to play the game, Jimmy Kimmel's just a comedian.

That means he's allowed to set up jokes with fake news, tricking people into thinking that it's real news.

Look, the time is clear to all of us.

And you're going to have to ask yourself, how much can this country strain itself?

Okay, when Jimmy Kimmel comes out and convinces millions to be fair, largely older crowd,

because his key demo ratings are in the gutter, convinces millions or insinuates that an assassin

was Trump, a Trump supporter, and that Charlie Kirk was effectively killed by his own movement.

This country is in serious trouble.

Now, I hear you, Joe.

Joe came out and said it was crazy, but I would just offer up this. By all means, we can circle the drain all the way into oblivion as this country erupts into violent fervor.
