Let's get started by bringing in the man who says that because it contains a guy sneaking around a tower at night

to avoid Alan Rickman, die hard as a Harry Potter prequel, not a Christmas movie.

Mr. Jim Hill. Jim, how's it going?

Oh, I'm so glad you mentioned down to Rickman.

Have you ever heard the story about how he was going to walk away from playing Snape in the Harry Potter movies?

They had made the two of them so far, and they had just replaced, well, they had lost Richard Harris.

And Michael Gambon had come in the door to play the second double-door.

And Rickman was like, you know, the thing with Snape is he's basically a guy who cost him never changes.

Where's the challenge of this?

And so he goes to clue JK Rowling in about this.

And she's like, wait, wait, wait, wait, let me tell you where Snape is headed.

And, and he was the only one who knew only three of the books had come out at that point.

She addressed him with this huge secret about this character and it's like, holy cow.

So yes, I will, I'll say for all eight movies.

And he did. Oh, great story.
