Jim, how's it going?

I'm doing well, and though I'm looking up my window at climate change even as we speak.

We have a Norreaster going on.

Yeah. Are you in New York today or? I'm in New York today but only for a minute

I'm heading back to Florida in time for Halloween. It's like 60 mile an hour winds here in the city.

Particularly with the concrete canyards there. It's just sort of like you can do Mary Poppins

without even trying.

So.

There's no point in bringing an umbrella out.

I actually had this idea where I would use an umbrella and roller blades to get where I was going faster than the subway,

but I would have to be going only uptown.

Only uptown.

Well, I was thinking, what are the effect of, do you have to be heading away from the Hudson?

So, you know, unless you have business in Queens.

I might miss all of Manhattan and end up by you in Vermont or New Hampshire.
