when you explode them like corn.

Jim, how's it going? And I'm so glad you brought up the issue of corn. It's Mr. Jim, how's it going?

And I'm so glad you brought up the issue of corn because just, like yesterday, I learned that I have been

doing corn in the cob wrong my entire life.

But corn in boiling water?

But here's the thing.

They didn't know this recipe was that complicated, Jim.

Well, that's what I thought, but it turns out that you're only supposed to put corn in water for literally a minute.

My entire life I've done it for five minutes, eight minutes,

so in effect what I've been making is creamed corn on the cob, you know, and it would clearly a mistake and I just wish somebody

at the corn palace had told me about this.

You know, you drive all that way, you figure you get some knowledge imparted on you, sort of like going to the mountaintop?
