There we go. All right, Jim, first every show should begin with a round of self-congratulations. Earlier

this year we said that Disney was considering names for its new DVC Resort at Fort

Wilderness and that the lead candidate name was Reflections, a Disney Lakeside Lodge.

Verily I say unto you dear listeners it has come to pass that is the name that Disney picked for its new resort. Jim what do you make of this?

This is Disney Resorts heading in a different direction.

The retirement community direction. Jim I gotta say say, is Cocoon going to be the movie

that they play every night out by the water?

Well then they haven't acquired Universal, not yet,

but it's entirely possible.

I don't know honestly what to tell you here.

I mean, from a design point of view, and trust me,
