Summary

Since the late 1940s, stories about crashed flying saucers in the American Southwest have perplexed UFO researchers, and while many believe the stories have at least a grain of truth, others have wondered whether at least some of the tales could involve intentional efforts to mislead the public to help cover up legitimate secret programs maintained by the U.S. military.
