David Lake, joined, as always, by Gabby Urrutia, and it is the Pitt Preview Podcast.

So we're going to get into how Miami matches up with Pitt in another big game as Mani Diaz is coaching for his job.

He cleared the first hurdle with a 3130 win over NC State in which there was plenty of

positive signs, if we're being honest. And there is another tough task ahead with a Pittsburgh

team that also ranked, you know, after playing a ranked team in NC State. This game's on the road,

however, and there are definitely some interesting things to get into with this pit Miami matchup.

But first, Gabby, I think we got to start the podcast off by addressing something I wrote on the website.

It's entitled VIP Notes on UM's Decision Makers and the Football Program.

Basically, it's just a background type information on kind of the dynamic of the decision

makers and where things stand with the football program, you know, right now and potentially moving forward if changes are made.

So there's a lot of good information there. I don't think, you know, I'm not going to sit here and, like,

read the report. So if people want to go read it, I would recommend it. Check it out inside

the u.com. You have to be a VIP member. But I do think we can still talk about it,

right? Gabby. And you and I, honestly, we haven't spoken about what I wrote. So this is kind of our going to be our conversation.

I asked you to just think of some questions that you wanted to ask me, you know, after reading it.

And so I think that'll be the format here to start this podcast.

And just so people know on the front end, right, in this note style report that I posted on the message board,

I touched on things like Julio Frank, Blake James, Rudy Fernandez, who is kind of now Julio Frank's right-hand man in terms of gaining and

understanding on the athletic department or overseeing the athletic department.

Also, too, just the Blake James dynamic with Mario Cristobal and, you know, whether or not Miami has the money, et cetera, et cetera.
