What a beautiful trove by the O'Brien. Welcome in to Brown's Film Breakdown. I'm your host, Jake Burns, writer over at the OBR, coming at you guys on a Sunday,

ironically enough the day I typically start your weeks out with some sort of news or evaluation

of what has happened. We get that same thing again as the Browns decided today to introduce

Kevin Stefansky as the head coach, some of us were uncertain what direction this whole process was going to be going.

It seems as though there was some sort of struggle that happened with the front office in terms of coming to the decision of which direction they wanted to go and how much power they wanted to give up

and what alignment they wanted to have will get into all of that.

But the important thing to know, Kevin Stefansky, 37-year-old man,

offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings, will be your 18th head coach of the Cleveland Browns.

So we spend a little time talking about Stefansky and looking at who he has been as a coach.

Obviously, if you've paid any attention, you know he's an Ivy League graduate,

went to Penn and graduated from there in 2005.

I was a freshman of the year for his football team in 2000.
