who was just acquitted in Virginia of killing a man named James Smith. You've heard the story.

Uh, Julia quick, uh, acquitted a Virginia Tech football player for Virginia Tech football player

who had been accused of failing being a man. He says he initially believed from tender,

from a tender match to be a woman. Uh, Rachel, you know the particulars of this one, don't you?

Um, yes, which particulars though are you referring to?

How things happened? Uh, you've heard the story. Yes. Uh, it's, it's two day went to Jerry Smith's

home. Yeah. Jerry Smith, who was, I don't know if posing is the right word to use, but also identified

as Angie, um, went there. They had, um, he, Angie performed oral sex on E.C. Am I

saying the right? E.C. Or E.C. E.C. E.C. On E.C. And that's his nickname, by the way, his full name

is long, but people I prefer to him is E.C. E.C. E.C. E.C. E.C. E.C. goes back. I get to talk

with some friends. His friends are like, Hey, I'm familiar with who this person is. This person

might not be who you thought they were. And so E.C. Eventually, a month later goes back to the

apartment of Angie and upon that point, learns that in some way, um, learns that Angie is Jerry Smith.
