So last week, Amani, the 11th Circuit basically shit the bed.

All right?

They allowed Alabama's gender affirming care ban to go into effect, and that's terrible,

not just for Alabama, but also for Georgia and Florida, both of which are located in the 11th

Circuit, and both of which also have gender affirming care bans being litigated right now.

Now, you may be thinking to yourself, didn't you all just do a huge trans rights episode right

before the holidays?

What gives?
