Well, folks, I spend a lot of time reading psychology papers, books, studies, because the way

the human brain works is really important to understand, especially when your focus

is on pursuing the plan, a plan to get you where you are supposed to be.

In other words, I believe the creative universe designed each and every one of us to fulfill

a role.

Now along the journey folks, life is coming at you, different speeds from different locations,

and if you aren't healthy in your head, you won't be healthy in your heart, and if you're

not healthy in your heart, it's going to take a long time to get where you want to go.
