wrinkled his face was. And she contemplated the difference between his and hers. She said,

Granddaddy, did God make you? He kind of laughed and said, yes, honey, he made me a long time ago.

She then asked, did God make me? He said, yes, he made you just a little while ago.

She thought about it a minute and said, Granddaddy, God's getting better, isn't he?

Say it like you mean it. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have.

Today I will be taught the word of God.
