So you have created this amazing resource for

families and for caregivers of all types called Verify Care. Why don't you share with us where that

idea came from? As short as possible, background was in long-term care, first of all, as an administrator of a facility,

and then I started a company that wanted to produce medical records and increase the time that

staff would be able to be with the patient rather than doing paperwork

and so forth. And that went on for many years. And over the time, the culture in long-term care has changed.

The acuity has gone much increased and what happens is that people want to stay in their

home much longer than than they did in the past and families are getting more and more scattered throughout the country.

And so it makes more sense to bring that electronic medical record right to the individual

as they go through their senior years with more help from that family,

no matter how far away they might be.

And then we noticed that there's other forms of in-home care that's going on,

that not necessarily is it always seniors that need extra care in home.
