0:00.0	Daniel chapter 6, without a doubt, is probably the most familiar chapter in the whole of the Bible.
0:08.1	Without a doubt, not Christians and Christians alike, nor that chapter.
0:12.5	In fact, Daniel in the Den of Lion has inspired many a painting, many a book, and many and inspirational stories. But what most people miss
0:23.2	in this chapter, including Bible commentaries and commentators and preachers, they miss something
0:29.6	that is of uttermost important sort of incredible value in this chapter. And that is Daniel
0:37.2	finishing well. That's probably the most important part of this
0:43.5	chapter for me. He said, isn't that the miracle the most important thing? No, because I believe in the
0:48.7	God who continuously perform miracles. Miracles are not new things for my God.
0:54.7	He is forever performing miracles.
0:56.3	He is the God of miracles.
0:57.5	He is the God of the supernatural.
0:59.4	And that is why I want you to focus on the importance of finishing well.
1:04.3	You see, at the age of 14, Daniel told the King of Babylon, the most powerful man on the face of the earth at that time,
1:12.6	that he would not eat food that is offered to idols.
1:18.4	And 65 years later, at the age of 81, he tells the king of perjure that he will not worship any other God but the true God.
1:32.2	At the age of 14, he firmly took his stand for God.
1:38.0	And here at the age of 81, he firmly takes his stand for God.
1:44.6	What a life.
1:45.6	What a legacy.
1:46.6	What an incredible role model for all of us, whether you are eight or 80.
1:51.4	And now I want you to turn with me to the Bible, please, to Daniel chapter six.
