Cassie, who cried harder when your kids went off to school?

You are your kids?

First time you sent him off to school, who had a harder time?

Oh, how honest of an answer do you want?

I want the most honest.

I can tell if you're lying.

So sad.

Maven cried her first day kindergarten, but that's because I think I was rushing us out the door.

So it felt like a family scramble?

Yeah, it wasn't great.

I was pretty sad.

We had to repair that.

It was a repair movement.

I cried.

Aberdeen went to school because we had accidentally booked a trip and missed her first day of school and was on a beach in Spain.

So I cried that day because I felt like a bad mom. While my mother-in-law, amazing mother-in-law made her first day super special. And she was excited. I don't remember Lolly's first day of school. This just keeps getting better and better. That's awesome. We've never been. You're all sure you want me on a parenting podcast.

This is not a parenting podcast. This is a family. Yeah. It's about discipleship. And you took your kids somewhere exotic and taught them about the people of Spain. I know, Aberdey went to school. Oh, she went to school. You were in Spain. She was in school. No, no. We take family vacations and we choose one kid that doesn't get to come.
