And I'm your friend Matt.

We're two ministers who love the stories of the Bible.

We want to tell you about them.

And today, Todd, this will send you right out the door, buddy.

Okay, because it's like we're going out. We're getting sent out. Sint it out. Let's see what you did

there. A little wordplay action. It's my favorite. Matt, that's right. We are about to hear about a time when

Jesus sent out a bunch of disciples. Now, traditionally, when we think of Jesus' disciples, we think of as 12, right?

Right. And man, yeah, he had those 12 and, you know, maybe they were included in this, but these

guys are about to go out before him and prepare the way for Jesus to enter into these communities.

And there's a lot of takeaways from these stories.

But first, Matt, we need to hear the very words of Jesus as he mobilizes his followers to do the work of the ministry.

Now, like you said, Matt, yeah, he had his 12 disciples, but Jesus, at this point in his

ministry, man, he is really developing a follower, a follower ship.
