He'll be back next week, so the duo will be back together going over some of these off-season topics. Today, though, I made a list, and I put them into eight

categories of things that could derail the Denver Nugget season. We all know that every time I think

when we analyze a team, we tend to look at the brightest timeline, though, okay, fully healthy, what does this team look like? Or everybody fits in the place, what does it

look like? I want to talk about some of the things that, hey, these are things that could happen.

Some of them pretty likely, fairly likely, some of them pretty unlikely, and talk about how

would that affect the season if they were to happen. We'll start with general

injuries because this is true for every team. But I thought it would be, so rather than just say,

oh, what if Yokic gets hurt? I wanted to go by each of the main players and say, if they were to

miss extended time, say 20 games, how would it affect the season? How would Denver be able to account for that?

The first one is Yokic. If Yokic was out for 10 games, I think it would meaningfully impact the

Nuggets as standings in terms of, I think they can be a top three seed and have home court

advantage in the first round, maybe even the second round. If he missed 10 games, that becomes in jeopardy.
