because you have so many choices,

Because I want us to just have a heart-to-heart chat this morning

about something we all experience,

and that is disappointment.

We all get disappointed at different times.

But if you don't know how to get over disappointment,

it can morph into despair.

And when a person's in despair, they're like frantic

because they don't feel like they can find any way out of their situation.

They're hopeless and feel like they're just stuck.

And the good thing about disappointment is in Christ, you can always get reappointed.

You can always let go of the old and take hold of the new.

In Jesus, there's always hope.

And people who get disappointed and stay that way don't have any hope.

I'm disappointed because it rained today because I was planning an outside picnic.

Well, we all go through things like that.

But then, you know, there's bigger disappointments.
