due to sexual assault allegations around an incident onset one of their productions.

As outside observers, we have reviewed the documentation and public statements provided by the survivor and the production company.

In no uncertain terms, we believe the survivor.

The production company fire the director who violated boundaries on set.

They also took measures in adding on set protections and worked with the survivor to demonstrate an active commitment to safety.

The survivor and production company have since worked together to co-author the performer bill of rights and ethical guidelines for guest directors around consent practices.

We encourage you to do your own research into the matter, but given all this, we've chosen to bring the X Confession series back into our rotation.

Our hope is that the entire situation demonstrates that these kinds of incidents and challenges can be navigated and rectified

and that the entire industry stands to benefit from healthy mediation and ongoing work to improve.
